A great friend of mine started using a menstrual cup instead of tampon/pads and now she is a convert. Swears by it and wanted me to recommend it to all my patients. Since I don’t have a vagina I thought I’d twist her arm into making a video – and she did it!
In the video she points out what she likes about it and shows how she uses it and no there is no nudity. Sadly in our society nudity is still frowned upon and considered perverse.
