A friend contacted me to advertise her primary care practice on this blog and so I share this interesting ‘post’ with you today. I am not charging her for this because she is willing to let the practice go for free to the right person.

Transfer Criteria
You must be a board certified MD/DO with a clear license to practice in California. This is important so that the insurance groups will accept you.
The PA has been with her (the physician owner) for over a decade and the PA wants to stay and keep growing this clinic.
The current owner is willing to transfer this business to the right physician who will keep the current patients and the current staff. She is asking $0 and is willing to stay on for free to train the incoming physician so that he/she can learn the ins and outs of the practice.
If you’re interested and meet the criteria above, contact Dr. Koltzova directly. She can share with you any other details. As long as this post is up, the business will still be available.
